Westlake CA sophomore Paige Sommers placed 10th in the girls high school elite competition with a clearance of 11-6 (3.50m) at the UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit at Reno Livestock Events Center. Sommers was the only sophomore in the elite flight after clearing 13-0.50 (3.97m) last year to lead all freshmen in the country.
