Anaheim Canyon senior Rachel Baxter, representing Victory Athletics Pole Vault Club, cleared an indoor personal-best 13-5 (4.08m) to win the top girls high school flight, posting the best mark among all female vaulters competing Saturday at the UCS Spirit National Pole Vault Summit at the Reno-Sparks Livestock Events Center.
